CellFacts Instruments Ltd was incorporated in 2001 following a technology spinout from the University of Warwick.

The company is based in the UK at the University of Warwick Science Park and has a product development team of experienced microbiologists, scientists and engineers supported by a team of dedicated account management, customer service and support personnel.

Strong links are retained with the department of Biological Sciences within the University.
